Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Upsell products to increase sales and meet sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to be a team player and have fun
- Reliable transportation
- Read, understand, and write the English language at the eight-grade level
