Sales Associate

Red Wing Shoes provides premium footwear to the hard working men and women of America. We stand behind what we sell, and our stores are family-owned. We are looking for a sales associate working 20-40 hours per week. To top it off, the hours are retail-friendly, the pace of work is enjoyable, and the starting wage is $15-17 per hour + commission with medical\dental\vision and time-off benefits for full-time employees. You will be extremely successful if you are able to relate to customers and explain how Red Wing Shoe products make their job safer and more comfortable with a high-quality product. We work with state-of-the-art retail technology and fitting tools; this is a hands-on job where staff provide excellent customer service in a friendly, inviting setting.
