Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Audit Analyst who will be responsible for the analysis and reporting activities that support the Companys Sales Audit processes. This includes ensuring all sales data is properly reported in the Companys ledger; retail store deposit accounts are accurate; and assisting the various stakeholders (stores, accounting, loss prevention, etc.) in issue resolution relating to credit card, gift card and cash sales transactions. This individual must exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills, and have effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of point of sale transactions to the general ledger and other systems for the US and international operations and investigating/correcting any errors
  • Managing the credit card chargeback/retrieval process, including investigating and responding to all credit card chargeback issues
  • Reconciliation of retail stores daily cash deposits to the bank records
  • Being a first point of contact for our store associates on issues relating to sale transactions (cash, credit card and gift cards)
  • Running daily reporting used in various banking and general ledger reconciliation processes
  • Liaising with stakeholders throughout the company including store associates, Accounting, Finance, Loss Prevention, and IT

Qualifications:

  • Ability to make sound decisions to resolve customer and store inquiries
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette; ability to diplomatically resolve challenging customer situations
  • Strong written communication skills; ability to be clear and concise via email
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Hourly Range: $25.48 - $29.74
