Hiring: BDC Administrator

• Pay: $17-$20 + $200-$500 in bonus potential
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends.

What You'll Do

• Manage and monitor incoming internet leads, phone opportunities, and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within dealership CRM systems
• Support lead distribution, appointment tracking, and follow-up processes
• Verify lead information and ensure timely communication with prospective customers
• Audit and update sales opportunities to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Assist with showroom traffic logging and appointment confirmation activities
• Partner with Sales Managers and BDC Representatives to maximize lead conversion
• Generate reports and support dealership performance tracking
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, text, and digital communication channels
• Help ensure dealership processes and customer experience standards are consistently met
  

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of automotive BDC, dealership administration, CRM, sales support, or automotive customer service experience
• 1+ year of experience working within dealership software and CRM platforms
• Technology tools
• Experience handling customer records, reporting, appointment management, and lead tracking
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
