BDC Representative - Grapevine Honda

Grapevine Honda is growing, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join our high-performing Business Development Center (BDC) team.

This is more than a call center role. As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers shopping online, responding to internet leads, setting appointments, and helping connect customers with our award-winning sales team. The BDC Representative will report the Sales Variable Manager and is an onsite store position.

What You'll Do

• Respond to internet leads quickly through phone, text, email, and online platforms
• Schedule showroom appointments for prospective customers
• Partner closely with Sales Representatives and Managers to drive customer engagement
• Follow up with customers throughout the buying process
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within CRM systems
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive first impression
• Support dealership sales goals through and lead management
• Help convert online shoppers into lifelong customers

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, BDC, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience
• 2+ years of experience customer-facing environment
• Valid Drivers License
