Harbor Chevrolet and Harbor Hyundai are seeking motivated, competitive, and customer-focused Sales BDC Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want uncapped income based on performance.
If you can convert leads, set quality appointments, and take ownership of your results, we provide the tools, training, and traffic to help you earn at a high level.
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads (phone, text, email)
Set and confirm high-quality showroom appointments
Follow up consistently with prospects using CRM tools
Maintain accurate lead notes and activity tracking
Work closely with Sales Managers to maximize show and close rates
Deliver a professional, positive customer experience
Strong phone skills and clear communication
High energy, competitive mindset, and accountability
Prior BDC, Internet Sales, or Automotive experience preferred
Ability to follow processes and hit performance metrics
Coachable attitude with a desire to grow and earn more
Aggressive commission structure with high earning potential
