Sales BDC Representative — BMW of Pittsburgh / MINI of Pittsburgh

Are you the person who actually enjoys picking up the phone?

BMW of Pittsburgh and MINI of Pittsburgh are looking for a Sales BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center. This is the front door of our dealership — you're the first voice and first message a customer gets, and you set the tone for everything that follows.

No automotive experience required. If you're organized, competitive, and comfortable talking to people all day, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries quickly and professionally — speed to lead is everything here
• Set and confirm sales appointments for our showroom teams
• Follow up with unsold customers, past clients, and lease-end owners to keep the pipeline full
• Manage your daily task list in our CRM and keep every record accurate and up to date
• Handle inbound sales calls, answer basic vehicle and availability questions, and route customers to the right person
• Hit daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments set, and appointments shown
• Work alongside the sales floor and management to make sure no customer falls through the cracks

What we're looking for

• Strong phone presence and clear, professional written communication
• Comfort working with a CRM and multiple software tools at once
• Self-motivation and follow-through — much of this job is doing the follow-up nobody else has time for
• Reliability and consistency; our customers expect a response, not a callback next week
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening

Nice to have (not required)

• Prior BDC, call center, inside sales, or customer service experience
• Experience with automotive CRM platforms
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Schedule

Full-time, in-dealership at our Baum Boulevard location. Includes rotating Saturdays. This is not a remote position.
