As a BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll help guide them through the early stages of their car-buying journey—answering questions, setting appointments, and making sure they feel valued from the very first interaction.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to online and phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments
Qualify leads and match customers with the right sales team member
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Confidence using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
