As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for a team of 4 to 8 sales associates. That means providing training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship. • Build and maintain relationships with established accounts
• Deliver and sell to established accounts
• Distribute products from company vehicle into various retail establishments
• Unload and stock retail shelves
• Preplan specific orders for each customer
• Use an iPad to manage your route
• Identify opportunities to solicit additional business
• Minimize stale product
• Safely operate company vehicle
• Practice safe work procedures
