  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, customer activity, financial results, software licensing, and cloud business operations.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, data modeling, and automation techniques.
  • Provide customer-, product-, region-, and business-line-level reporting to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations that communicate business performance, recommendations, and key decision points to senior leadership.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews by delivering accurate reporting, financial analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, IT, and Controlling teams to define reporting requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms through validation, reconciliation, and governance activities.
  • Monitor software licensing activity, cloud consumption, hosting costs, and third-party spend to support business planning and performance management.
  • Reconcile cloud service invoices and analyze budget-to-actual variances while supporting cloud cost optimization initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 5-10 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, finance, reporting, project controls, or related analytical disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Salesforce for reporting, dashboard development, data extraction, and business analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Qlik Sense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and cross-functional organizations.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with SQL, VBA, macros, Power BI, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
