Business Developer (Greater Orlando & Tampa, Florida)
We are a premier commercial landscape firm serving the Greater Orlando and Tampa markets,
maintaining and enhancing properties ranging from large HOAs and retail centers to corporate office
parks.
Our mission is simple: keep Central Florida & Tampa, FL properties professionally maintained, visually strong, and
environmentally responsible using Florida BMP best practices.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to drive growth by securing long-term
commercial landscape maintenance contracts and building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
• Generate new business in commercial landscape maintenance and enhancements
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Target Property Managers, HOA Boards, Developers, and Facility Directors
• Conduct site inspections and identify enhancement opportunities
• Prepare and present competitive, profitable proposals
• Represent the company at industry and association events
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project transitions
• Maintain long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
What You Bring
• 3+ years commercial landscaping experience (Florida BMP knowledge preferred)
• Proven B2B sales success and ability to close service contracts
• Confidence approaching commercial properties and presenting solutions
• Strong knowledge of the Orlando and Tampa commercial property markets
• Experience with CRM tools, landscape measurement software, and Al
• Professional presence with strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter who can manage territory and time effectively
