CBS Marketing Solutions, Inc. (PermaCard, MenuWorks & Waterproof Guides & Manuals), a specialty print manufacturer, headquartered in the Greenville, SC area is seeking a Sales / Business Development team member to drive the company’s growth in the MenuWorks division by identifying new revenue opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding MenuWorks’ presence across the restaurant and hospitality industries. This role blends sales, market strategy, and partnership development to bring MenuWorks’ menu design, printing, and marketing solutions to new clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across restaurants, franchises, and hospitality groups.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls, and present solutions tailored to client needs.
Partnership Development
- Establish and grow partnerships with POS providers, restaurant consultants, distributors, and industry associations.
Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, preferably in printing, marketing services, or food service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfstarter mindset with the ability to build processes and strategies from the ground up.
Compensation includes competitive base salary, opportunity for 3 bonuses per year, comprehensive benefits plan, paid time off and a company-matched retirement plan.
