POSITION OVERVIEW Thunder Funding is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Business Development Manager to drive our business growth. SCHEDULE Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local work location time). Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (PST) for the first two weeks. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, or Wyoming. We are unable to consider applicants residing outside of these locations at this time. Offering a sign-on and training bonus. PAY RANGE Base pay ranges from $19.24 to $21.16 per hour, with first-year commission earnings potential exceeding $20,000. There are no commission caps, offering unlimited earning potential both during the first year and beyond. Please note that the pay range base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
