Sales Call Center Agent

As an Operations Center - Sales Agent, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers shopping for their next vehicle. Your role is to build relationships, answer questions, uncover customer needs, and guide shoppers through the buying journey while scheduling appointments with our dealership sales teams.

This is more than a traditional BDC role. Our Sales Agents leverage AI-assisted technology, CRM tools, and modern communication platforms to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while helping customers find the right vehicle.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers shopping for a vehicle through internet, phone, and digital inquiries.
• Respond quickly to new leads using phone, text, email, and AI-assisted messaging.
• Build rapport and identify each customer's vehicle needs, budget, and purchase timeline.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions.
• Schedule showroom appointments with dealership sales teams.
• Follow up with customers throughout their shopping journey to increase appointment show rates.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve productivity, appointment, and customer experience goals.
