The Vibe

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and hospitable Sales & Catering Manager to drive event revenue and execute seamless, unforgettable experiences. You will blend proactive sales with hands-on event coordination, turning inquiries into bespoke weddings, meetings, banquets, and social gatherings.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Revenue: Lead sales inquiries, conduct property tours, build custom proposals/contracts, and actively uncover upselling opportunities.
• Plan & Coordinate: Partner with clients through menu selection, room setups, and tastings to bring their vision to life.
• Execute Seamlessly: Create detailed BEOs, direct event execution, and work hand-in-hand with culinary, banquet, and operational teams.
• Be Present: Supervise key events on-site, ensure service standards are exceeded, and handle guest needs with urgency and charm.
• Build Relationships: Maintain strong client connections to generate repeat business and foster long-term loyalty.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 1–5 years in hotel catering, event planning, or hospitality sales preferred.
• Hospitality-Driven: Highly organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about food, wine, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in PMS/Sales systems and Google Suite.
• Flexible: Able to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing/walking during long events and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 / year + up to 20% annual bonus + bi-weekly sales commissions
