Job Description

To perform correct ringing up of merchandise on the POS system. Providing service with a smile to customers. Knowledge of the retail industry selling to customers. To help management and lead clerk by communicating inventory items needed and helping to stock items.

• Provide quality customer service
• Be able to perform all duties of a retail clerk
• To insure all items are properly stocked on retail shelves
• Be able to lift 30 lbs
• Clean and dust all retail areas daily.
• Able to use POS system to ring up merchandise correctly.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures for the Gift Shop
• Inform management of any customers issues.
• Communicate to management when inventory is running low.

Qualifications

• Possess ability to operate POS system
• Possess an ability to add and subtract
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
