About TRIUNE Health Group

TRIUNE Health Group is a mission-driven, family-owned managed care company and one of the largest privately owned case management firms in the country. For more than three decades, we have served the workers' compensation industry with field and telephonic medical case management, nurse triage, vocational rehabilitation, utilization review, and related services that help injured workers recover and return to work. Headquartered in Lombard, Illinois, and serving customers across the country, we are guided by a simple idea we call “People Helping People.”
We are growing and we are looking for someone who can help us take great care of the customers and claims adjusters who refer work to us.

About the Role

As our Sales & Client Service Coordinator, you will help support, retain, and grow our customer relationships, with particular focus on accounts and adjusters in territories that do not have a dedicated sales representative. This is a coordinator-level role centered on keeping existing accounts engaged and well served, with a meaningful outbound component focused on re-engaging lapsed adjusters and driving referrals.
You will also provide marketing and event coordination, CRM and sales operations support to the sales team, and limited administrative support to the VP of Business Development. If you are highly organized, service minded, and comfortable moving between relationship work, phone-based outreach, and behind-the-scenes coordination, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a key point of contact and service partner for strategic and House accounts, supporting the relationship owner and keeping clients well served when reps are traveling.
  • Retain and grow our California business, and manage accounts and adjusters in territories without a dedicated rep, through proactive, relationship-focused engagement.
  • Re-engage lapsed and stale adjusters, run targeted re-engagement campaigns, and track reactivated referrals in the CRM.
  • Support onboarding of new large clients, coordinate stewardship and business review meetings, and act as the client's internal advocate on priorities and special requirements.
  • Conduct post-service satisfaction calls and gather client feedback to surface and resolve issues early.
  • Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and community-focused initiatives from end to end, including venues, logistics, and pre- and post-event follow-up.
  • Create and repurpose marketing content, including LinkedIn posts, collateral, and TRIUniversity webinar recordings.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene in or CRM (HubSpot, keep coverage maps and pipeline information current, and conduct prospect research to support the sales team.
  • Pull reports and customer lists from HubSpot and internal systems, and assist with month-end sales reporting.
  • Liaise with the operations team on account-specific billing issues and provide limited administrative support to the VP of Business Development.

What You'll Bring

  • Two or more years of experience in sales support, client service, account coordination, inside sales, or sales operations, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Comfort with HubSpot, or the ability to learn a new CRM quickly, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage service, outbound, and coordination work at the same time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including confidence on the phone with clients and adjusters.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule based out of our Lombard, IL office.
  • A plus, but not required: exposure to workers' compensation, managed care, insurance, or healthcare (this is trainable), and familiarity with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and webinar platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility tied to referral growth and the reactivation of stale or lapsed accounts.
  • Hybrid schedule with regular time in our Lombard, IL office.
  • Limited travel, a handful of times per year at most, primarily for conferences and events.
  • Generous Time Off: 20 days of vacation plus 8.5 paid holidays
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) match to help you plan for the future
  • Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Disability Coverage: Short-Term (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance
  • Employee Support: Employee Assistance and Referral Program
