As a Sales & Client Services Representative, you’ll join a mission to connect San Diego’s underserved communities to essential wireless technology. The Sales & Client Services Representative’s service-driven approach will educate clients on how 5G-ready devices can enhance their lives, while their sales skills ensure they get the right plan.
Responsibilities of the Sales & Client Services Representative
- Conduct high-visibility sales outreach across San Diego to identify and qualify clients for essential 5G-ready devices and data plans.
- Act as a Sales & Client Services Representative, showing how tablets and connectivity support everyday needs like healthcare, banking, and remote work.
- Guide customers through enrollment with professionalism, ensuring documents are verified, and sales processes remain transparent and ethical.
- Provide hands‑on device setup, teaching first‑time users how to navigate apps and stay connected confidently.
- Build strong relationships with local community leaders and organizations to expand service reach and reinforce trust in sales initiatives.
- Share daily territory insights with the team to refine sales strategies and grow digital inclusion across San Diego.
Qualifications of the Sales & Client Services Representative
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Experience in sales or client service is a plus, but not required.
- Clear communication skills to explain wireless benefits in simple, relatable terms.
