The Blue Collar Wave helps home service business owners grow more profitable, organized, and scalable companies. The company works with contractors in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, and other service trades. We are hiring a high-performance Sales Closer for a dual-offering sales role. This person will sell both The Blue Collar Wave consulting services to contractors and TradesCoach OS systems, tools, and frameworks to business coaches and consultants in the home services space. This is not an appointment-setting role. This is a cold outreach, pipeline-building, offer-presenting, deal-closing role for someone who knows how to create opportunities and close business.
As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for finding prospects, starting conversations, diagnosing business problems, presenting the right offer, and closing new business across two brands: The Blue Collar Wave and TradesCoach OS. You will sell directly to home service business owners who need help improving profitability, pricing, margins, technician sales performance, leadership accountability, and operational systems. You will also sell TradesCoach OS to coaches and consultants who want better systems, tools, frameworks, and leverage to grow their own businesses. The right candidate is not waiting for warm leads. They are confident with cold outreach, comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and motivated by a commission-based role with no cap on earning potential.

The Blue Collar Wave Consulting Services
You will sell consulting services to home service business owners, including contractors in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and related trades. These prospects may be dealing with low profitability despite strong revenue, poor pricing and margin control, weak sales performance from technicians, lack of leadership accountability, or operational chaos. This is a consultative sale. You are not just pitching features. You are diagnosing problems, creating urgency, and selling outcomes.
TradesCoach OS
You will also sell TradesCoach OS to coaches and consultants in the home services industry. These prospects may be stuck trading time for money, lacking structured delivery systems, struggling with inconsistent client results, or trying to scale beyond one-on-one coaching. This is a strategic B2B sale with a different buyer and a different conversation, but the expectation is the same: build the pipeline, present the offer, and close the deal.
