What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage relationships with commercial and residential clients
- Proactively generate leads through outreach and follow-ups
- Conduct discovery calls to understand vision, budget, and goals
- Present customized holiday décor solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals
- Close contracts and manage the full sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Compensation and Earnings:
We offer a clear and fair compensation structure:
- Base salary ($50,000-60,000 per year)
- 5–10% commission on gross contract value
- Draw available
- Performance-based earning growth tied to repeat and referral clients
