Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our Irvine sales team. We are looking for confident, driven sales professionals who know how to build trust, overcome objections, and guide clients toward the right solutions.

This is an opportunity for skilled closers to focus on what they do best — connecting with clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals. You will work exclusively with 100% inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. No cold calling. Just qualified opportunities, proven solutions, and the support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Speak with inbound prospects seeking tax relief assistance
• Evaluate client situations and identify their needs
• Present customized solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Build trust and establish credibility throughout the sales process
• Handle objections and confidently guide prospects toward a decision
• Maintain follow-up communication with active opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Coachable attitude and willingness to improve

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday per month
