Your Mission
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales skills of our team members, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a Sales Coach, you will be responsible for developing training programs, providing one-on-one coaching, and ensuring that our sales staff is equipped with the necessary tools and techniques to excel in their roles.
Duties
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to individual sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with management to create a supportive learning environment.
- Facilitate role-playing exercises to simulate real-life sales scenarios.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration among sales staff to achieve collective goals.
Compensation & Schedule
$45,000/yr + Bonuses
Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm with an hour for lunch
Requirements
All candidates will receive appropriate training for this position; we only ask that you bring these skills:
- Effective communication, with the ability to deliver constructive criticism in a way that is well-received
- A great capacity for listening and learning
