What you'll do

• Find and win new business. You enjoy prospecting and don't wait for leads to show up.
• Build and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships with owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and roof consultants.
• Get involved in local associations, chambers, trade groups, and business forums to grow your network and your book.
• Assess roofs and project needs, write scopes of work, and give customers clear recommendations.
• Present your own proposals and become the commercial roofing expert your client’s trust.
• Keep your CRM (Dataforma) accurate and up to date so you always know where every deal stands.
• Keep learning about roofing systems, waterproofing, and project requirements.
• Help build a culture known for fast responses, great service, and professionalism.
• Represent and strengthen the Rackley Roofing brand in the market.

How we measure success

We keep it simple and transparent:

• Project sales revenue (roofing and sheet metal)
• Work order sales revenue (roofing and waterproofing)
• New project opportunities entered in Dataforma
• Customer growth and retention
• Pipeline accuracy and consistency

Who you are

• You have experience in B2B or commercial sales. Construction or roofing experience is a big plus.
• You're self-motivated and competitive, and a real opportunity for uncapped income excites you.
• You enjoy building relationships and follow through on what you promise.
• You carry yourself professionally with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• You're available during business hours (8 AM to 5 PM) and can flex in the evenings or weekends when a client needs you.
