Kforce has a client in Canonsburg, PA that is looking for a Sales Commission Analyst. Summary: The Sales Commission Analyst will support the administration, analysis, and operational execution of sales incentive programs. This role plays an important part in helping ensure commission processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. The person in this role will partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, and HR to support commission calculations, resolve payment questions, maintain data quality, and help improve the processes and reporting that underpin incentive compensation. This is a strong fit for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across systems, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration of sales incentive compensation plans, policies, and processes
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze commission calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Review sales data, bookings data, quota data, and employee alignment information used in commission processing
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track commissions, performance, payouts, and trends
  • Research and resolve commission-related questions, discrepancies, and escalations from sales employees and business partners
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure commission outcomes are accurate and well understood
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and reports that support commission processing
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end commission activities and deadlines
  • Support audits, controls, reconciliations, and documentation related to incentive compensation
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting on commissions, payouts, trends, and exceptions
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field (likely preferred, although not specified)
  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, financial analysis, sales operations, payroll analysis, or compensation analytics
  • Experience with Power BI and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting commission calculations and payout processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
