Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales Compensation Expert in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

Document and standardize existing sales compensation processes, workflows, and calculation logic
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas across compensation tracking and payouts
Improve and optimize spreadsheet-based models and reporting (auditability, usability, scalability)
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, RevOps) to ensure alignment and clarity on compensation mechanics
Support validation and reconciliation of commission calculations
Provide recommendations to improve transparency, accuracy, and repeatability of compensation processes
Assist with tooling alignment, including experience with incentive compensation platforms like Spiff
