Bay Ridge Auto Group is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Concierge to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants an opportunity to grow within the automotive industry while earning hourly pay plus commission.

As a Sales Concierge, you will play an important role in supporting both the sales and service departments through customer communication, appointment coordination, administrative support, and creating a welcoming dealership experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong personality, positive energy, and the ability to make customers feel comfortable from the moment they walk in or call the dealership.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone.
  • Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Willingness to learn CRM systems and dealership software.
  • Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries.
  • Candidate should preferably live locally in Brooklyn or Staten Island.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls related to both sales and service departments.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-up, and customer communication.
  • Assist customers professionally both in person and over the phone.
  • Help manage customer leads and communication through the dealership CRM system.
  • Assist with spreadsheets, data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Greet showroom customers and create a welcoming first impression.
  • Support the sales and service teams with day-to-day communication and organization.
  • Maintain professionalism and organization at the front desk area.
  • Help contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the dealership.
Schedule Requirements:
  • Must be available to work weekends.
  • Flexible scheduling available.
  • Evening availability preferred.
Compensation:
  • Hourly pay plus commission opportunities.
