Sales Consultant Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
Present, promote, and demonstrate products or services tailored to client needs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and meet targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Handle customer objections and negotiate terms to close sales while maintaining profit margins.
Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Track and record all sales activities in CRM software, keeping data accurate and up-to-date.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product developments and competitive offerings.
Sales Consultant Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a consultative sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
