What You'll Do
- Help customers select the right new or pre-owned Ford vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and available financing options.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
- Learn Ford products, dealership processes, and proven sales techniques.
- Work closely with sales management to achieve personal and dealership goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial greeting through vehicle delivery and ownership.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to meet company insurance eligibility requirements
- Ability to use your own laptop for daily dealership operations
