Position Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs.

• Explain vehicle performance, applications, features, and benefits to customers.

• Describe optional equipment and available products.

• Offer and conduct vehicle test drives.

• Stay current on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.

• Follow Modern Automotive's sales processes and utilize the tools provided to maximize success.

Position Requirements

• Availability to work Saturdays.

• Valid driver's license.

• Prior automotive or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn.

• Strong work ethic and ability to hold yourself accountable.

• Ability to follow established processes and ask for help when needed.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to build a long-term career.
