In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed information about our vehicle inventory, and guide them through the sales process to ensure a positive purchasing experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and establish rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits clearly and effectively.
- Assist customers through the sales process, including negotiations and paperwork.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate vehicle financing options.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
