Salary Range: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and learn what matters most to them before recommending coverage options
- Guide customers through the sales process in a clear, friendly, and helpful way
- Prepare quotes, explain policy details, and answer questions with patience and accuracy
- Follow up with leads in a timely way to keep conversations moving and opportunities warm
- Build lasting relationships that encourage trust, repeat business, and referrals
- Keep accurate records of client conversations, quotes, and sales activity
- Work closely with the team to support a smooth and positive customer experience
- Stay current on products, services, and industry updates so you can give informed recommendations
- Help meet sales goals while keeping the clients needs at the center of every conversation
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or a related customer-focused field
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Comfort navigating quotes, policy options, and sales conversations with confidence
- Organized approach to managing leads, follow-ups, and client details
- Self-motivated mindset with a steady focus on meeting goals
- Experience using CRM tools or other sales software
- Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one, if required
- Bilingual communication skills, a plus
- Prior experience serving customers in the Carson, California area, a plus
