Sales Consultant

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and learn what matters most to them before recommending coverage options
• Guide customers through the sales process in a clear, friendly, and helpful way
• Prepare quotes, explain policy details, and answer questions with patience and accuracy
• Follow up with leads in a timely way to keep conversations moving and opportunities warm
• Build lasting relationships that encourage trust, repeat business, and referrals
• Keep accurate records of client conversations, quotes, and sales activity
• Work closely with the team to support a smooth and positive customer experience
• Stay current on products, services, and industry updates so you can give informed recommendations
• Help meet sales goals while keeping the clients needs at the center of every conversation

• Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or a related customer-focused field
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Comfort navigating quotes, policy options, and sales conversations with confidence
• Organized approach to managing leads, follow-ups, and client details
• Self-motivated mindset with a steady focus on meeting goals
• Experience using CRM tools or other sales software
• Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one, if required
• Bilingual communication skills, a plus
• Prior experience serving customers in the Carson, California area, a plus
