Westfield Culver City Mall | Acura of Los Angeles Westside

Acura of Los Angeles Westside is growing and seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy building relationships, explaining products, and delivering a luxury, consultative sales experience-not high-pressure tactics.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you are the primary point of contact for our guests from introduction through delivery. Your focus will be on education, trust-building, and creating an exceptional Acura ownership experience.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and engaging guests in a warm, professional manner

Learning each guest's needs and guiding them to vehicles that fit their lifestyle

Demonstrating vehicle features and technology in the showroom and during test drives

Explaining Acura benefits, warranties, and ownership programs

Assisting guests through the purchase process in coordination with management and F&I

Supporting vehicle deliveries, including:

Bluetooth and phone pairing

Navigation and infotainment setup

Driver-assist and safety features

Following up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and answer questions

Maintaining CRM activity and guest communication

Staying current on Acura models, trims, incentives, and technology

Supporting special events, product launches, and showroom initiatives

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about customer service and luxury experiences

Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and digitally

Tech-savvy and eager to learn vehicle features and digital tools

Professional, organized, and dependable

Able to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required. Automotive experience is a plus - we provide training.

Physical Requirements

Standing and walking for extended periods

Frequent use of hands and arms for demonstrations

Occasional bending, stooping, or lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits

California Pay Transparency Disclosure

Hourly pay: $17.00 per hour

Commission opportunity: Yes (performance-based)

Compensation may vary based on experience, performance, and business needs
