Job Summary
Fleck's Furniture & Appliances is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team! As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, dealing with customer questions about our appliance and furniture products and services. We are seeking an aggressive, hard working individual who is a good listener and has good communication skills. It will be your job to find the right products that meet each customer's needs, focusing on customer satisfaction, and to constantly expand your knowledge of new company products, services and policies. You will also be challenged to retain customers through excellent customer service and handle any customer concerns. Finally, you will be responsible for the store appearance, managing the displays, products, and tidiness of the sales floor.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, answering questions, engaging customers with merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service
- Guiding customers to merchandise within the store
- Maintaining strong product knowledge
- Contributing to the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Organizing and maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store floor
- Passionately seeking out customers in the store
- Building customer relationships
