Location: Flint, MI
Pay Range:$85,000 – $125,000 annually

 What You'll Do

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to provide expert guidance on garage door and entry door solutions. From consultation to closing, you'll deliver a professional experience that reflects Dover's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend garage door or entry door solutions

  • Provide accurate product information, measurements, and pricing estimates

  • Present product options and help customers choose solutions that fit their style and budget

  • Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process

  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project completion

  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information


What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction sales is a plus)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable working with homeowners in a consultative sales environment

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to measure openings and learn technical product details


 Compensation

This position offers strong earning potential with a combination of base salary and performance-based commissions.

Expected annual earnings:
$85,000 – $125,000+
