Pay Range:$85,000 – $125,000 annually

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to provide expert guidance on garage door and entry door solutions. From consultation to closing, you'll deliver a professional experience that reflects Dover's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend garage door or entry door solutions
Provide accurate product information, measurements, and pricing estimates
Present product options and help customers choose solutions that fit their style and budget
Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project completion
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction sales is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working with homeowners in a consultative sales environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to measure openings and learn technical product details
This position offers strong earning potential with a combination of base salary and performance-based commissions.

$85,000 – $125,000+
