Sales Consultant

Ineos Grenadier Advisor:

Ko INEOS Grenadier is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Grenadier Advisor to join our sales team.

This is a client-facing sales role representing one of the most distinctive luxury 4x4 brands on the market. The right candidate will be comfortable working with high-end clients, presenting a highly capable and unique vehicle, and delivering a professional, personalized experience from first contact through delivery and beyond.

As a Grenadier Advisor, you will help customers discover the INEOS Grenadier, understand its capabilities, explore available configurations and accessories, and guide them through the purchase process with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, manage, and follow up with leads through outbound calls, emails, showroom traffic, events, and networking.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations, walk-arounds, test drives, and detailed product presentations.

Guide clients through the sales process while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Use CRM software to track client interactions, manage follow-up, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Present accessories, services, protection products, and available vehicle features where appropriate.

Support dealership events, customer activations, and local brand-building efforts.

Deliver exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up.

Represent Ko INEOS Grenadier with professionalism, product knowledge, and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass initial and random drug screenings.
• Proven sales experience in automotive, luxury retail, or another client-focused sales environment such as watches, jewelry, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and handling basic retail math.
• Professional presence and confidence speaking with clients in person, by phone, and at events.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities at once.
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to build long-term relationships.
• Interest in luxury vehicles, off-road vehicles, outdoor lifestyle, or premium brands is a plus.

Compensation

$60,000 - 80,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year - You could earn more depending on performance.
