Sales Consultant – Home Improvement Products & Services
Are you competitive, driven, and motivated by high commissions?
We’re looking for confident, self-motivated Sales Consultants who want to compete, win, and earn serious money in the home improvement industry.
What You’ll Do
- Sell our full line of windows, doors, siding, decking, and gutter replacement products and services
- Meet with customers, evaluate their needs, and present customized solutions
- Use computer systems and quoting software to generate accurate proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Represent the company professionally with a positive, competitive attitude
- Perform in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment
- Commission-based pay — earn based on jobs sold
- W-2 position

- Highly competitive individuals with a strong desire to earn at a high level
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own sales pipeline
- Very comfortable with computer usage and quoting software tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
