Summary
The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, building lasting relationships, and delivering an outstanding ownership experience. From initial contact to vehicle delivery, the Sales Consultant serves as a trusted resource for customers while achieving individual and dealership sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Follow and execute the dealership sales process from initial customer contact through vehicle delivery
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the dealership CRM system
Review and manage inventory availability to support customer needs
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities
Maintain performance standards related to customer satisfaction, sales volume, and profitability
Stay current on vehicle features, product updates, market trends, and manufacturer training requirements
Collaborate with sales management to achieve departmental goals
Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training programs
Requirements

Licenses
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and insurability required
