SCHEDULE:

• Full-time - rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Dealership hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicles from our Kia inventory.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting vehicle features, technology, and EV/hybrid capabilities.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and B2B interactions.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively and ethically.
• Recommend additional products - warranties, accessories, and service packages - to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Stay current on Kia product lineup, EV technology, and industry trends.
• Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability and coordinating with the sales team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred - automotive or similar fast-paced environment.
• Previous dealership experience highly desirable; motivated newcomers with strong sales backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically.
• Excellent communication skills - bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and retail math principles.
• Outstanding phone etiquette, relationship-building ability, and customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline through outbound sales and follow-up activity.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position involves frequent movement throughout dealership facilities - indoors, outdoors, and on customer test drives. Work includes regular interaction with customers, sales management, and other departments across the dealership lot and showroom.
