What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll help guests find the vehicle that best fits their needs while delivering an exceptional purchase experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

· Build relationships with guests and guide them through the vehicle selection process.

· Learn the features, technology, and benefits of our new and pre-owned inventory.

· Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

· Present financing and leasing options while working closely with our Sales Managers.

· Follow up with guests through phone calls, text messages, emails, and personalized videos.

· Generate repeat and referral business by providing outstanding customer service.

· Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer programs, and industry trends.

· Work as part of a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.

What We're Looking For

· Previous sales and customer service experience required

o Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required

· Friendly, professional, and confident personality

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

· Goal-oriented with a desire to earn based on performance

· Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (CDK/eLead experience is a plus)

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Ability to work some evenings and weekends as part of a retail schedule
