Sales Consultant

Superior Fence & Rail is a fence industry leader that is currentlyseeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors.

Paid training. Average compensation is $72K to $100K per year. Laptop, phone, vehicle/gas card will be provided. Territory is Volusia County and Flagler County, FL.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training
• Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
• Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
• Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Minimum Requirements

• Prior Fence Sales is Preferred but not required
• Prior outside sales experience is Required
• College degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to work some weekends and evenings
• Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and listening skills
• Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust/respect from subordinates and supervisors
• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
• Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)
• Valid Florida DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation

The Superior candidate will be:

• Polished and professional in demeanor
• Possess previous outside sales experience, strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission.
