Job Details

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join sales team in the renewable energy industry. As a Sales Coordinator you will be expected to maintain a high level of data hygiene, data reporting, pipeline optimization, manage complex reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in HubSpot (or comparable), sales coordination, reporting, and documentation. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be a key player in driving our sales team towards success.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and streamline sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that support the achievement of sales targets.
2. Manage and maintain the HubSpot database, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy at all times.
3. Create, manage and distribute complex sales reports to support the sales team and inform strategic decision-making.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, ensuring all information is readily available for the sales team.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
6. Identify areas for process improvement and implement new systems and procedures as required.
7. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
2. Proven experience with HubSpot (or similar), including data management and reporting.
3. Strong skills in sales coordination, reporting, and documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
4. Exceptional data hygiene skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
7. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
