Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: Chesapeake, VA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Monthly base + commission share ($72K+ annually)

Company Overview
We are working with a leading supplier of premium hardwood flooring, known for delivering exceptional products and service across the U.S.  This individual will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of contact for customers handling inbound calls, answering product/pricing questions, and confirming stock availability.
  • Assist the sales team and partner with project coordination and customer support.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on sales inquiries, maintain accurate information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to help manage their accounts and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team commissions by contributing directly to the sales process and support cycle.
  • Monitor lead status, pricing requests, and customer communications to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the flooring, building materials, or home interiors industry is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Professional and customer-service focused demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
