The Sales Coordinator provides sales support to the team, assisting with customer presentations, samples, merchandising, and order management.
Responsibilities include developing account quotes, analyzing assortments, securing sales collateral, managing samples, and handling customer documentation and compliance requirements.
They coordinate with marketing for digital product pages and work with Client Services and Operations on order fulfillment and substitutions.
The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have a BS in Business or Marketing, minimum 3 years' experience in consumer products, familiarity with retail merchandising and packaging, and preferably experience with Netsuite.
