Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Pay based on experience

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator serves as the primary support for the Sales Department by coordinating department operations, supporting the prospect and admissions journey, and partnering across departments to deliver a seamless, person-centered experience for prospective residents, current residents, families, referral partners, and team members.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the Senior Living team, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, CRM management, workflow coordination, and maintaining accurate department information.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for prospective residents, families, referral partners, and visitors by coordinating communication, appointments, follow-up, and a welcoming customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members across Sales, Communications, and Admissions to support departmental priorities, projects, process improvements, and occupancy goals.
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative details for events, educational programs, outreach efforts, and other community engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Associates Degree, required; equivalent sales support or administrative experience may be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field, preferred.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a customer service, sales support, health care, hospitality or related role, preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other electronic record systems, required.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment, required.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows, required.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor, required.

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
  • Full-time, Non-exempt
  • Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
