Sales Coordinator

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator!

Hours:
8:30AM 5:00PM, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Manager with customer service, quoting, and daily sales operations.
• Review orders for accuracy, process documentation, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Communicate lead times, inventory availability, project updates, and shipping information.
• Coordinate with production teams to manage project timelines, rush orders, and customer concerns.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide support on technical questions, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service, sales support, or related experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and phone skills.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Business preferred.
