Target Compensation: $55k - $65k (plus sales bonuses)
Key Responsibilities for the Community Relations Coordinator:
• Guide prospective customers through the sales and decision-making process.
• Conduct tours, follow-up communications, and maintain CRM activity tracking.
• Develop referral partnerships through networking, presentations, and community engagement.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and transition activities.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and occupancy growth strategies.
Qualifications for the Community Relations Coordinator:
• Experience in sales, customer relationship management, marketing, or business development.
• Track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally for outreach activities.
