Support the Sales Team in achieving revenue goals by managing sales correspondence, contracts, and reports.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and out-of-home buying services.
Coordinate and process advertising contracts, work orders, and related paperwork, ensuring accurate tracking and completion reports.
Develop proficiency in CMS/IMS systems to create proposals, contracts, and maps for Account Executives.
Provide excellent customer service, support sales initiatives, and act diplomatically as a sales representative.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 1-2 years of professional experience (preferably in sales or advertising), strong computer and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office is required.
