RDO's field support team members provide support for our dealership teams across the nation. Nestled in the heart of downtown Fargo, the RDO Field Support Office is a collaborative environment where your skills will be cultivated while you work alongside teams with the shared goal of partnering with the field as they serve customers. What You Will Do:

  • Keep deals moving forward: Review agriculture sales deals throughout the sales process, ensuring documentation, pricing, incentives, and approvals are accurate and complete.
  • Be the expert on programs and incentives: Understand manufacturer programs, pricing updates, financing options, and incentives to help maximize opportunities for customers and the sales team.
  • Drive accuracy from quote to invoice: Verify equipment costs, freight, prep expenses, margins, insurance documentation, and final deal details before submitting to accounting.
  • Leverage data and systems: Utilize Power BI and company systems to track deal progress, monitor approvals, maintain regional databases, and ensure timely completion of sales activities.

What You Will Need:

  • Organization and attention to detail: Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and keep complex processes moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills when working with sales teams, leadership, and internal partners.
  • Systems and reporting aptitude: Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize reporting tools, databases, and company systems effectively.
  • Team-focused approach: Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
