Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator must be able to administer sales, and have excellent customer care. Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Departments. The Sales Coordinator will provide support to Account Managers through internet based project searches, organization, assignments, and follow up. This position will be responsible for timely and accurate data input into the Company sales tools and spreadsheets. The Sales Coordinator will also support Account Managers with daily responsibilities including but not limited to the following: YS reports, quotations when needed, SAP input, forecast input, submittal requests, and bridge communication between sales and other departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to do pricing for billable and payable freight to deliver cement
- Issue adjustments necessary, which result from invoicing
- Update mass increases for pricing and freight into system
- Ability to deal with customers and haulers
- Ability to input information for forecasting budget into system
- Input daily sales and statistics
- Meet or exceed company safety standards
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent education or experience preferred
