Other duties may be assigned./ppRoutes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by manager or sales account executives./ppAnswers, routes and screens incoming calls on the sales department switchboard line and all calls forwarded out of the voice mail system./ppGreets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities./ppPrepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Composes and types routine correspondence./ppArranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations, as required./ppConducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports./ppOrders and maintains file systems and supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials./ppPrepares quotes and proposals for Sales Department including entering quotes and job bookings into Access database./ppWorks with sales person to maintain and process job files which includes ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices./ppMaintains a safe work area and ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures./p/div
